Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Door Shop. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Our business hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an order cut-off time of 4:00 PM for same-day processing.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping — 1–5 business days
    • Free delivery for orders above KES 100,000
    • Flat delivery fee of KES 2,500 for orders below KES 100,000

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Kenya and selected international destinations.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@doorshopltd.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
